pre-op (before)
This photo shows poor density and
pitting where the grafts are
growing.
This is caused from making large
slits during transplant.
immediate post-op
An immediate post-op photo showing
high density transplanted follicles
placed around the old large Bosley
transplants.
8 month post-op
A much improved result showing a
natural swirl in the crown.

pre-op (before)
This photo shows poor density with a
pluggy look.
pre-op (before)
This is a close up of the front side
hairline. It shows large grafts on
the hairline with a pluggy look. You
can also see the bumpy scalp caused
by large cuts made to insert grafts.
11 month post-op
Post-op: Now a natural hairline by
placing small 1 hair follicles into
tiny holes to keep from scarring.
This hides the old transplants as
well.

This shows the density you are able
to achieve by placing grafts close
together and using smaller slits for
grafts.
